No power, the indicated
light is off |
· Check if the power jack and the connection of power line with adapter is loose or not.
· Pull out the plug and reinsert it 20s later. |

“No signal” Symptom |
Check the connection of AV, TV, HDMI, YPbPr, S-Video, VGA, SCART line is normal or not. |
|
Good sound but poor colour or picture |
Adjust the contrast, color, tint and brightness setting. Try another auto picture setting. |

Snowish picture and noise |
Check the antenna connection and its position. |
|
Normal picture , but no sound |
· Check if the mute function is on or not on the remote control.
· Check if the connection of audio input is normal or not.
· Add TV volume.
· Check if the ATV sound system is right or not. |
|
Normal picture, but noise |
Check if the ATV sound system is right or not. |
|
“Ghost” or double images |
This may be caused by obstruction to the antenna due to high rise buildings or hills. |
|
Mosaic picture or without fluent picture of DTV. |
This may be due to the local digital TV signal or bad quality, try to add a signal magnifier. |

The remote control does not work. |
· Check whether the battery is working. Replace it if necessary.
· Operating range between TV and the remote control should not be more than 8 metre.
· You can still use the touch buttons of panel. |
