Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty period is 12months from the product was purchased.
2. Within warranty period, If your product proves to be defective, you can send the defective TV back us for replace or repairing at free of charges. Will send back you the repaired TV within one week from the date received it. If customer have technical support, you can tell us the details of the faulted TV. So that my technician analyse the reason and send you the relative parts so that you can repair the faulted TV in local.
3. The customer shall transport the product to the SUNDREAM service station at his own risk and shall be responsible for any costs incurred in transporting the product. The device have to be packed properly by using the original package.
4. Warranty is not cover for any defect that occurs due to mishandling (such as an operation performed that is not mentioned in the Handling Care,installation requirements or other sections of the instructions, etc.)
