When the products damage was caused by the following situation, we will deal with free repair and exchange service for YOU in one year start from the day you BUY our products,
a. There are quality problem caused by products design and production.
b. There are quality problem caused by products component parts.
Quality Guaranty service will not be supplied if quality problem caused by the following:
a. Wrong installation or misusage in the products damage. (Like installation or usage not following the product instruction).
b. Enforced damage in the products.(like man-made destroy)
c. Any damage caused by Force Majeure. (Like war, earthquake, floodwater, snowstorm etc.)

To protect your information, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
